Seat belt Question.

I just bought my first Lexus last week and it is a little rough but i got her cheap. One of the things i need to fix are the seat belts. They are mounted at the top, but not the bottom (floor?).

My question is, what do they mount to? and what part do i need to get to mount them, it seems like they might mount under the rear seats but im not sure and i see no bracket.

It's a sc400, I figured they were both the same seatbelt wise.
All I'm asking is where does the bottom strap of the seatbelt mount to?

It bolts to the floor in the LS400, I guess it's the same in the SC?

But yes floor is my answer to... if have any more trouble finding it maybe, take a photo of the rear floor and we will try point it out for you

Ok, I'll do that in a couple weeks (on my way to the hospital for open heart surgery now)

I figured out i need the seat belt rail things, does anyone have a part number for those?
