Rx450h won't start after traction battery replacement, STUMPED!

I recently had a mobile company deliver and install a replacement hybrid battery in my 2010 Rx450H and now it won't start. The instrument panel lights up and fans work, actually everything but the motor just will not fire. I have checked all the fuses and all is ok. 12volt battery is fine. Its sitting in the driveway and the company has been here 3 times and can't figure it out either. HELP!

I think I'd be having it trucked to a Toyota Dealer and let them fix it.

Won't be cheap but better than it sitting on the driveway as an ornament.
