Pre-89 MA70-1UZ Fuel and Starting Systems - Electrical

Hi all, I just got a hold of the EWD for the SC400, and the starting and fuel systems are completely different from the MA70 systems, so I put together a diagram with some notes and was wondering if anyone could confirm/deny my speculations.

So basically, can you run the MA70 fuel pump with the signal from the 1UZ ECU that would be going to a fuel pump ECU?

And, does my starting circuit make sense?

I will try and explain this weekend when I have time to review what I did =) Easy enough to walk out to the car and look it over since it is parked for the winter.
