After the torque converter is done, it will be painted for a fresh look. This product will be stronger than stock and have better launch than stock for couples of reasons:

1. The stall speed is set higher than stock. Therefore, launch will be harder
2. All fins or flex plate are welded to the torque converter for maximum strength. This will allow high horse power applications.

This is a rebuilt Torque Converter (TC) for ALL LEXUS and TOYOTA cars with a stall speed of around 2800 or higher rpm. Specific Speeds available at an additional charge.

You must specify the Year, Make, Model, and your Torque Converter will be on its way in 2 weeks!

Now the question I always get. How is this torque converter compare to the one sells for $900. I do not know and no one will have an objective answer. Would more expensive torque converter be better? We will never goes to find out. Unless you have two identical cars to test side by side in 0-60 and 1/4 mile. Different stall speed will give you different results. Its really hard to say. However, you will save $600 and use it for yourself.

The torque convertors for my v6 are custom & cost like $500-650 bucks!?

A torque convertor, even with a core fee for under $300? That's a seriously good buy.

I have run 2 of these in an sc400 and ls400 and i can vouch that they are high quality. My ls ran this TC for 2 years at 400bhp w/o any issues. The tc in my sc400 really changed the off the line performance. For the price it cant be beat

Nice. I´m expecting similar power output as I´m going to put a Holset HX40 on my SC400. Besides this torque converter, did you do any mods to your ls auto trans?

no mods except a trans cooler. I want to shim my accumulators for harsher shifts but havent tried it yet.

Good to know that. Then my trans will work with low mods. I´ll put a trans cooler and this TC and a shift kit, but if it take too long to receive them, I´ll run only with the trans cooler for some time.
