Here is how
1) First download a ftp utility (I prefer Leapftp http://www.leapware.com/download.html )
2) After following the instructions given on that site to install your new ftp software. Open up the program.
3) To the right of the button labeled "FTP server" is an address box, write "lextreme.com" in this box (without the "s)
4) For Videos: To the right of this is a box for the username, in this box type "[email protected]"
5) Next, in the box to the right of password type "123456"
6) Check to make sure the port is 21, and if it is not change it to 21
7) Press enter and watch as you connect to the server
8) Find your images in your hard drive (frame to the left)
9) Drag to the server (frame to the right)
10) for Video: The link is http://www.lextreme.com/members/(yourvideohere)
