Hi guys, this forum has been a great help in getting my 93 LS400 engine into (and running) in the '85 Maserati Biturbo. The engine runs, there is fuel in the tank and I'm not too terribly far from getting brakes & the driveshaft completed.
I had an idea- I'd like to put a small nitrous unit in the car. I've never done it and only just begun reading on what's involved. It's not going to be a track car or a drag car. It's just a cool run around town street toy.
I'd like some tips on the most basic nitrous system for the 1UZFE. I have the stock engine, auto trans and the stock ECU installed in this car.
I see basic kits at Summit racing for around $400 USD. I know there are people that have done it around here and I'd like to get a little insight on what I should or shouldn't do with my stock setup.
Any and all suggestions are welcome, and thank you in advance!
