newbie with 1uz questions

hi guys, ive just baught a 1994 ucf10 ls400 to use the engine in my e36 coupe track car that i use for sprinting and will be competeing next seaon in the sosc ( www.sosc.co.uk/forum )

upon inspecting the car the motor is ticking from the left bank so im guessing its the buckets/ shimps that need resetting. ill also be fitting new shells and rings but i cant find a workshop manual for the 1uz . so could anybody point me in the rite direction and any input on the 1uz tapping will be apriciated.
