I am in Osaka, Japan and selling a full set of Panasport C5C2 wheels. There is one wheel (9.5) with a bent lip but you can rebarrel them to replace this as well as achieve awesome offsets. There is some curbing on the other wheels but if you are looking to buy and relip, this is not a big deal.
