Fan Computer Wiring Diagram

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
yes u need a temp sensor that goes in bottom of radiator

u might also need to connect the a/c system to it or atelast bypass or trick the wiring from the a/c system to the fan ecu otherwise the fans will run constantly

the fan controller has a variable output so it depends what u want to wire it to and whether u want it on or off if its not wired up 100% then the fans will just be on all the time

if its not for a hydraulic fan setup then just get a thermo switch much easier and less wiring

goto yr local autoparts shop

they have to be good thou

some of the shitty ones dont know jack ****

ask for the tridon catalog

they have a vast range of sensors these days

all range from 80 to 100 odd degrees

i prefer the fixed ones over the adjustable ones

the most common one i use is the on at 87 and off at 82 or 3 i think

only prob is they are about 70 bucks

but much better and nicer than the davies craig adjustable ones

Peewee,

The kit model is KC5381 and cost under $30.00.

You can sense the temp using the thermistor anywhere you want.

I have mine tucked under the end of a radiator hose (outside the clamp) so it doesn't contact the cooling fluid. You could clamp it to the thermostat housing and adjust it to the temps you want.

Mine has run without any problem and I had the joy of building it myself.

When my new engine goes in I can change the settings on AND off to whatever I want. The switch is accurate to within 1degreeC of what you set it at.

I'm using a tridon thermo switch in a drilled and tapped 18mm sump plug - replaces the cooling system bleed bung. fans wired up in series and on with ignition - changeover to parallel via relays and triggered by switch.
