Now that it's running theres a lot more to do.
AVIS solenoid that sits under the intake manifold doesn't work so it's a bit gutless down low. So Manifold has to come off(Should have listened to Kelvins sage advice in his vid and done that job before putting the engine in the van
).
Oxygen Sensor in the exhaust is faulty so it's dumping 20% more fuel on one side. Have to pull the battery tray and pipes out to get the manifold out as the sensor is seized in there.
I left the Diesel muffler on it because I wanted to keep it quiet but it's too restrictive for the V8. A bit like trying to blow through a straw.
Good thing I've got a few weeks of annual leave coming up. I'll be able to get stuck into it.
