dash pieces removal

Hey guys im a newb here, I just recently purchased a 93 SC400. But I was wondering if there is a special trick to getting the trim piece covering the ignition. Im having a hard time getting mine out and I really dont feel like breaking it. I have to change the ignition and all of the locks cause I dont have a key and my SC300 parts car has everything I need. Any help would be much appreciated.

Pull on it hard and it should pop right out...Those pieces have pressure fittings that pop out, atleast on the SC400's that I have seen in the States for years and years now....... The wood grain molding are screwed down...
