Coolant capacity on a 95 SC400 1uz

Hey guys....... Just wondering how much coolant i will need to buy to replace it all.... I am having the water pump and timing belt etc. replaced and want to replace the coolant of course....... I have 2 gallons........... pre mixed Toyota long life etc....... is that enough?

11 liters, including the Heater Core (11.6 quarts)
Running at 10.7 PSI
Thermostat opening temperature : 176-183 F (80-84 C)
