94 to 91 brake swap

Hello all i recently bought a very nice 91 ls400 , i also have a smashed 94 Ls 400 which i'm using the running gear for another engine swap project , my question is can i swap over the larger brakes from the 94 to the 91 ? as i feel the 91 could do its stopping better than it does with a better pedal feel , im now running later 2004 17'' wheels so caliper and rotor clearance is not a issue.
