but i have little problem when i run, sometimes all is good , sometimes i lost cylinder and engine stop ... as you can see in the video :

i search many times but i don't found ...
do you know what is the problem ?

thank you for your help ;)

i clean idle valve ...
the ignition is OK
the injector is OK ...
my fuel pressure is 3.5 bar

i don't know what is the problem ? lambda ? (i delete catalyst )

or my problem is the ECU ... ?

or it's possible that my intake are to short between the MAF and the throttle valve because my installation is this

Does it have any fault codes in the ecu? Did you wire a diagnostic plug and connect a scan tool?

Have you looked at the inside of the ecu?

Have you confirmed there is power to ecu when it faults?

What else have you fitted to the vehicle that requires all the relays. Last mk3 i wired with a 1uz vvti I added one fuse as all factory relays were present to run the engine.

the relay it's for the light etc not fot the engine ;)

i don't wire a diagnostic on the ECU

yes i have the power on ECU ....

the news of the test of this week end is : i have up my idle a little and i don't miss cylinder in charge when i drive , but when i clutch if i wait a little between my gear sometimes the engines stop , i re-start and all it's ok ...

can you confirm me the modification on the wire of automatique gearbox when you change for a manual gearbox please ? maybe it's a part of the problem ?

thank you for your help ;)

On early engines going from Auto to Manual on non VVti engines I remove all the transmission wires and remove the NSW wire and they are good.

Can you do a little test for me please. Unplug the IAC and check for voltage at one of the two centre wires. Then start engine and keep running for a 20 seconds then turn key off. Tell me if the power turns off straight away or stays on for a few seconds. Thanks

for the test , when 1 unplug i have 12v , after when i start i have 13V and when i turn off the key i have 12V but not for few second i have always 12V ....

I turn on and off the engine by a circuit breaker on the ignition, when I'm off the engine the IAC is still powering + 12V, all the time

i don't know why but yesterday i test and the engine not lost cylinder , it run correctly , but the idle up and down when the engine is cold , after it's ok ....

Ok. The IAC should not have 12 volts all the time. Thats an easy test I do to see if the engine is wired correctly and seems yours is not sorry. Best look over your wiring and correct the basic's first.
