Yeah! the intake was picked up, turned 180' and put back down. The left hand side was the best location for the air intake.

I met a bloke down the pub who knew a bloke, who new a bloke who did this type of conversion. After a chat, I was hooked on having something different.

See if you can spot the forum member who installed it.

I agree totally! I should have posted both links here as the other one still exists.

I was mucking around with a program called Virtual Dub to see if I could add a soundtrack to a clip and still keep the original.

I'll post the link here in case anyone else is interested.

Ha ha! Yeah should have put an LS1 in there instead to flog all the 1UZ's! But only if you own an oil refinery :approve:

Get the supercharger on there!! Also do you find the exhaust drones with large diameter pipes?? Do you have a resonator on the back?? I just added a resonator and it still drones a little but cruising above 2k RPM is quiet as, still makes noise when you want it though.
 
No it hasn't got a resonator. It has a 3" exhaust from the cat back and I'd be lying if I said there wasn't some drone. It's present during low down, low speed acceleration.
At the moment it's not enough to be annoying. I'll wait until the supercharger goes on and see what it's like. When it drops into overdrive, I keep checking to see if the engines still running.

Should have read 2.5" but it still droned. Supercharger installed and the drone is pretty well non existent.

I like you. Very sensible, and nice vids too.
 
Love that whine. The first one takes off in second gear {the cam kept flying off the dash so I tossed it on the seat. The second one is in drive.

Sunday afternoon this place is dead. The roads 3km long with no side roads and it's about five trucks wide. Almost every business has a locked gate.
 
put those bloody cam covers on, 1 it looks stupid, 2 if something goes down there will the engine is running you will wish they where on there and 3 even if engine isnt running you will have to disassemble it to get in there
