1uz Out of the car,no start condition.any solution?

as you can see below.i have an ECU with 26p 16p 22p 26p ECU number is 50050. All the connectors are there except for the 4th connector that has 26p,is missing. i didn't get it from the seller and he didn't get it from his.
I followed the wiring from 'Tonyd'.. one of the members here.

1) 26p-E01 PIN 13 (GROUND)
E02 PIN 26 (GROUND)

2)16P- not shown

3)22p- IGN PIN1
STA PIN2
+B PIN12
+B1PIN13
NSW PIN 14
E2 PIN18
E1 PIN 22

4)26P- M-REL PIN4
W-CHECK ENGINE LIGHT PIN5
BATTERY PIN 26

For the 4th plug,i just hooked up the 3 pins and left the rest alone.
So... i just had a very strong crank and turn by the starter.
No spark or fuel pump running.
Do i need to feed the stop light pin with 12 volts? i tried but still nothing happen.

Any advice from you all will be much appreciated ..

or is it another motor
turn ign on and check for 5 v at tps
this will tell u if ecu is turned on
also earth the igniters this is cure for 90% of no start conditions in a conversion
that 4th plug is piss easy to find
dont be so dodgey and goto your toyota wreckers and most toyotas with efi motors
will have similar plug

Never have i taught somebody so experienced like you would care to reply an automotive moron like me. I was wrong i think..
Haha ..anyway It is the same motor and i never knew that by checking the throttle position sensor ,one can tell whether the ecu is turned on. and the 4 ecu plug are plentiful ... these are very valuable information .. now is 11:45 am in malaysia, I'll go to the junkyard for the plug now and get back here later... thank you sideshow..
