Since nobody has made a post here I thought I would get things rolling...

Here are my best time slips for my nearly bone stock 1999 LS400. Race weight was just under 4000lbs. Mods were airbox and no rear mufflers. Removed spare and all junk from the trunk. Air was PERFECT at 43 degrees F and 30.4 in/hg barometric pressure. Runs made on stock tires at stock pressure. Brake torqued to apx 2000rpm and rolled into it on the last yellow. In normal summer heat the car is around 3 tenths slower and 2-3mph slower.

My ride has 170,000 miles with 8 psi of twin turbo boost without tuning. The car ran without intercooler just methanol injection otherwise everthing is stock.

1/8 Mile Performance:

First Run: Second Run: Third Run:
R/T: .747 sec. R/T: .754 sec. R/T: .630 sec.
60': 2.438 sec. 60': 2.384 sec. 60': 2.366 sec.
330: 6.393 sec 330: 6.338 sec 330: 6.218 sec
1/8: 9.517 1/8: 9.450 1/8: 9.267
MPH: 79.14 MPH: 77.4 MPH: 81.38

After months later i found out my mechanic did not my apexi properly. Another the word, it was not working at all... If tune properly i would got better mph and better ET. Notice my RT and 60' time was bad. Need more practice. Speed started to pickup at about half way on the track. I think my setup would have done better in a 1/4 mile track. The above numbers are for 1/8 of mile track.

that and the zero altitude at HRP :)

so that's a 14.2 out of a 4000lb car.

my car is 1321kgs or 2906lbs with the same power = what times would that equate to roughly with KDogs tiptronic controller (firmer shifts)?

is that 2906 with driver?

My race weight (driver included) was about 3950.

Using a simple drag racing calculator... and anticipating 6 tenths for optimized traction and shift quickness... using an estimated 310hp... my cars potential that night would be a 13.6. Your cars estimated best (optimized) would be a 12.3. I would add at least 5 tenths unless you are running slicks with LSD and a high stall converter.
