Diagnostic scanners...which one ?

Ive been checking out in great detail which diagnostic scanner to purchase. I have a '98 LS400 VVTi and my choices are :

1: Actron CP 9190...$300-$350
2: Aquus 3160......$200-$250
3: Autel MD 801 or AA 101....$300-$400

Does anybody know anything about these instruments ? Or has anyone got any other surgestions on diagnostic scanners ?... ... ...
