Would an a650e operate with no TCU or power?
I am looking to install an a650e gearbox and have it operate with a PCS TCM-2000 controller next month. However I was curious to what level the gearbox would operate mechanically with no electrical aid? Would the gears be manually selectable from p, r, n, 1, 2 through to 3rd?
Just wondered as this would be quite useful for diagnosis after installing the gearbox. Any help would be appreciated

it will but it will go first 3rd 5th from memory and driving the car like this is not a good thing
