I've had my lifted Surf shell and rebuild 1UZ sitting waiting at the mechanics for a transplant since March this year.
I'm pretty patient but I'm getting a bit sick of hearing that it will be next in the shop there is just two more jobs in from of it for 9 months.
Looking to cut my losses and tow it somewhere else to get it done. This guy does seem reasonable and is experienced and well known for these conversions but surely there is someone else in the area who has done the same swap and knows what to do.
Anyone have any recommendations for a shop who has done and can do the full job around Brisbane or even better the Sunshine Coast?
