Hi all i am trying to plumb in my coolant/header tank and i am slightly confused.
I have a standard ls400 header/expansion tank. i understand that the pipe on the filler neck is a breather.
The pipe coming out of the larger end of the tank goes to the cooling pipe on the oil filter (uk thing) (engine cross pipe on other cars i think)
Where does the other pipe go? it comes out (or goes in) to the bottom of the narrow end of the tank.
btw i am running the engine hooked up to a p38 rangerover radiator which only has an inlet and outlet.
