    if you can fabricate your own inlet, exhaust which imo isn't that hard.. The 4.0 has more throttle response and possibly lighter , can be recessed back in engine bay.. Keep bore liners strong, only bore if you have to.. What have you done as its been some time now ?

    As long as the extra breathing doesn't peg the air meter it should self tune itself .. Or have too much duration to drop vacuum, effecting idle ..

    Having worked on another turbo 4.0 Aust 6 cyl .E85 with forced induction is very safe .. Going from C10 to E85 it made an extra 100 h.p .. The 1UZ would be the same .. Tune is king for engine durability ..

    One good thing is the GM ECU can be TUNED . Some have UZ's running on these ECU's .. The timing NEEDS plenty retard during its peak torque which the NA tune simply DOES NOT do ., the other option to leave the Std ECU for idle control and stand alone for fuel / timing .. Finding or using a GOOD...
