I am just about complete and thought I would share some pictures and info. This is my second swap, first one was a '91 Ls400 1UZ into a 2001 4Runner.
Sold the 3.4 engine for $1100 with all the wiring to a guy replacing his 3.0. Bought a 1998 LS400 for $500 and started making my motor mounts...
